Seller Agreement (Marketplace)

1. Registration

Sellers register in the portal, accept this agreement and may upload products.

2. Content rights

• The seller warrants they own or are licensed to sell the uploaded products and that these do not infringe third-party rights.
• The seller grants CYBILAS a non-exclusive licence to host, market and deliver the product to buyers.

3. Commission & payouts

• CYBILAS retains a platform fee of 15% of each sale. The remainder is the seller's net revenue.
• Payments are processed via Stripe. Payouts to sellers are made on a schedule (e.g. monthly) to a connected Stripe Connect account or another agreed method.
• The seller is responsible for their own tax obligations.

4. Returns & disputes

The seller accepts the Refund Policy. Approved refunds are deducted from amounts payable.

5. Prohibited content

Illegal, pirated, misleading or infringing content is prohibited and leads to removal and possible account termination.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with notice. CYBILAS may remove violating products immediately.
