Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Online withdrawal function: Withdraw from the contract here (Art. 11a Directive 2011/83/EU; Art. 52a Bulgarian CPA). You receive an e-mail confirmation immediately.

Digital products — sales are final

Digital products are delivered instantly. At checkout you expressly request immediate access and confirm that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal under Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Because access is granted the moment payment succeeds, we do not refund change of mind, accidental purchase, lack of the skill or software needed to use a file, or failure to read the product description.

When we do refund

We issue a refund only where the fault is ours: a file that is corrupted or will not open, content that materially differs from its description, a duplicate charge, or a proven technical error. Report the problem within 14 days at [email protected] with your order reference and we will replace the file or refund the original payment method via Stripe.

Printed products

Where a printed copy is offered, the standard 14-day withdrawal right applies, except for personalised or made-to-order items. Unless the item is defective, return shipping is at the buyer expense.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks on delivered digital goods may lead to account suspension and recovery of the amount owed.
