End-User Licence Agreement (EULA)
CYBILAS Ltd. · SELL UP digital products
1. Licence grant
Your purchase grants one named end user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the digital product for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. The licence is tied to your account and the ordering email. Copyright and all intellectual-property rights remain with the rightsholder (CYBILAS or the relevant seller); nothing here transfers ownership.
2. Immediate access & finality
Access is granted the moment payment succeeds. You acknowledged at checkout that delivery begins immediately and that the statutory right of withdrawal is thereby lost. See the Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
3. Restrictions
- No resale, sub-licensing, sharing, lending, uploading, publishing or distribution of the file or any part of it, in any medium.
- No copying beyond a single personal backup; no use to build a competing or derivative product for distribution.
- No removal or alteration of watermarks, copyright notices or technical protection measures.
- Where a product is technically protected, printing and/or text extraction may be restricted.
- Circumventing technical protection measures is prohibited (Art. 6 Directive 2001/29/EC and applicable national law).
4. Technical protection & tracing
Protected files may use encryption and PDF permission flags (ISO 32000) and may carry a personal watermark identifying the buyer and order. Files can be individually traceable, so a leaked copy can be linked back to the purchasing account.
5. Termination
The licence terminates automatically and without refund if you breach these terms. On termination you must delete all copies. We may suspend accounts involved in infringement.
6. Liability
The product is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. This does not limit consumers mandatory statutory rights.
7. Governing law
This licence is governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable EU law. Disputes fall under the competent courts of Bulgaria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
