Affiliate Agreement

1. Programme

Affiliates receive a unique referral code/link and earn a 15% commission on sales made through their link, subject to this agreement.

2. Tracking

Referrals are tracked via a cookie valid for 30 days from the last click. Commission accrues only on successfully paid, non-refunded orders.

3. Payout

• Accrued commissions are paid on a schedule once a minimum threshold is reached (set by CYBILAS).
• The affiliate is responsible for their own taxes.

4. Acceptable promotion

• No spam, misleading advertising, bidding on the "CYBILAS" brand keywords, or self-purchases to earn commission.
• Affiliates must disclose the affiliate relationship as required by applicable advertising and consumer-protection rules.

5. Termination

CYBILAS may terminate participation for breach and withhold commissions tied to fraudulent or invalid sales.
