Terms of Sale
Effective: 14 June 2026 · CYBILAS Ltd., reg. 208819078, Varna, Bulgaria
1. Scope
These terms govern the sale of digital products (ebooks, templates, materials) and, where applicable, printed copies offered on the SELL UP platform at sell-up.space, between CYBILAS Ltd. (the "Platform") and the buyer.
2. Parties and the Platform's role
Some products are sold directly by CYBILAS; others by independent sellers (Marketplace). For independent-seller products the Platform acts as an intermediary handling payment and delivery, per the Seller Agreement.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in the stated currency and include VAT where applicable.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The Platform never stores card data.
- An order is accepted once payment is confirmed.
4. Delivery
- Digital products: delivered via a secure download link emailed immediately after payment, valid for a limited time and number of downloads.
- Printed copies: printed and shipped to the address provided; timelines are stated at checkout.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Under Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content supplied immediately, this right is lost if the consumer expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged losing the right (see Refund Policy). Printed products follow the standard withdrawal rules.
6. Licence and content protection
Buying a digital product grants a personal, non-exclusive licence under the End-User Licence Agreement (EULA). Some ebooks are technically protected against printing and copying and/or carry a buyer-specific watermark.
7. Consumer protection
- If a file is corrupted or not as described, the buyer is entitled to replacement or refund.
- Payment disputes are also covered by Stripe's mechanisms and applicable buyer-protection schemes.
- Alternative dispute resolution: the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) and the ADR bodies listed there. (The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.) Online withdrawal function: Withdraw from the contract here.
8. Personal data
We process personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
Bulgarian law and EU law apply. Contact: [email protected].
